The Totality of Project Management™ (TPM) integrates practical application, computational exercises, scenario-based problems, quizzes, and sample examinations to prepare participants for the independently administered Certificate in Project Management (CIPM) examination.
Beyond examination preparation, TPM provides a structured pathway toward three levels of professional recognition: international certification through the CIPM under an ISO/IEC 17024:2012-accredited personnel-certification scheme; national recognition as a Certified Project Manager through CMDF under DTI–CIAP, subject to applicable requirements and processes; and international professional progression through possible IAPM qualification, subject to the corresponding qualification and experience requirements.
